Luggage Storage
Need a safe place for your luggage, bags, strollers, skis, e-scooter or bicycle? Vuokravarasto.fi offers easy and flexible storage right in the city centre, beside the Rongankulma tunnel and opposite the new GO21 office building. Personal service – no lockers or machines. Items can also be picked up and delivered to your desired location (e.g. train platform, hotel, or address) at a requested time for an extra fee (platform pickup from +€5.00).

Quick answer
You can leave bags, strollers, a bicycle or other bulky items for short-term storage right in the centre of Tampere. The daily rate for a suitcase is €5, and larger items are priced individually. Storage is operated by Suomen Kierrätyskone Oy on the premises of Suomen Vuokravarastot Oy.

Money, valuables, documents, perishable goods, hazardous substances and any items that may cause damage, odour, leakage or a safety risk are not accepted for storage.
Location & directions
We are right next to the Railway Station. Walk through the Rongankulma tunnel towards Tammelantori – we are directly opposite GO21 (address: Peltokatu 31, Tampere). The office entrance is in the courtyard, in a recessed doorway of the low commercial wing.
Thanks to our central location, you can drop off your luggage and continue your journey by train or bus, or explore Tampere city centre without heavy bags.
Pickup & delivery
Items are picked up at the agreed time and handed over to the person whose right to the items can be verified. Bags can also be dropped off and picked up between 20:00–08:00 for an additional fee, especially during events, concerts, and other times of high demand. Personal service 08:00–20:00. Bags can also be dropped off and picked up between 20:00–08:00 for an additional fee, especially during events, concerts, and peak demand times.
Daily rate for a suitcase is €5; larger loads are priced individually. Payment on-site by cash or bank transfer.
